CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-57 <br /> Mary Henry Trust <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-57 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 5, 2001, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 7, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (StaffContact: Jim Van Buren,468-2374) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated December 12,2000. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed prior to approval of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. <br /> Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> d. NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL: A Notice of Non-renewal for all parcels below the ten (10)acre <br /> minimum parcel size will also be initiated by San Joaquin County in conjunctionwith the contract. A <br /> fee for the recording of the Notice of Non-renewal is required. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Seethe attached memo dated July 28, 2000.) <br /> 3.
