We have reviewed this study and have found it to be incomplete. <br /> The calculations shown on page 8, Section D will have to be amended to show the nitrate <br /> loading of two residents per parcel. San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 830 allows two residences per parcel.
