Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space shall be located as close as possible to <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including <br /> storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to <br /> be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- <br /> way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in <br /> height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, <br /> street side yards, or in front of main buildings. <br /> Operable farm equipment is excluded from these screening <br /> requirements. <br /> g. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently <br /> operating without the required permits, the Site Plans shall <br /> be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval <br /> letter. Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan <br /> is submitted within 60 days, and the Conditions of Approval <br /> are met within six (6) months from the date of this approval <br /> letter. <br /> h. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building <br /> Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a M-3 <br /> occupancy to a B-2 occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502) . The <br /> structure must be brought into compliance with all <br /> current code provisions including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access <br /> requirements. <br />
