The property is located at 19270 North Ripon <br /> Road, north of Ripon in San Joaquin County, California. One 2- <br /> 1/2-acre parcel will be split off of the approximate 40-acre <br /> property. Two residences located on the proposed 2-1/2-acre parcel <br /> will remain. No construction is planned at this time on the <br /> remaining approximate 37-1/2-acre parcel which contains an almond <br /> orchard. A plot plan showing the approximate location of the <br /> property is presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated January 29 , 1991. Our services were initiated based <br /> on your written authorization of February 1, 1991.
