CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-24 <br /> f Henry <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-24 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 21,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 21, 2001, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher, 468-9653) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> t Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for rescission of the existing California Land I <br /> Conservation Contract(also known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed simultaneously with a new <br /> California Land Conservation Contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Legal J <br /> descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing <br /> fees are required for this application. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Ben Neely,468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. The new <br /> legal descriptions shall be submitted to the Surveyors Office for review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.4) i <br /> b. The new legal descriptions must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Rodney Estrada,468=0331) <br /> a.
