3. The landowner will take such steps as are required by the S.S.J.I.D. Water <br /> Superintendent to remedy any erosion on banks adjacent to the District's facilities. <br /> 4. No soil will lie stockpiled over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline. <br /> 5. No heavy equipment will travel over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline without approved <br /> bridging, said bridging to be approved between S.S.J.I.D. and the contractor. <br /> 6. No trees and/or rubbish will be disposed of or stored on the S.S.J.I.D. easement or <br /> facilities. <br /> 7. S.S.J.I.D. wiii be notified 48 flours in advance of any excavation work. <br /> 8. The landowner agrees that the existing pipeline or concrete lined canal do not <br /> presently leak and agrees that any damage will be repaired at landowner's expense. <br /> 9. It is understood by the applicant that the District shall not be held responsible to <br /> remedy high water table problems created by the excavation. <br /> 10. Landowner shall provide District with sufficient fill dirt from excavation for <br /> protection of canal or pipeline and place fill dirt as directed by District Engineering <br /> Department. <br /> 11. Any irrigation pipeline or service structure (District or Private) installation or <br /> modification necessitated by the proposed excavation shall be performed at the <br /> landowner's expense. Furthermore, owner shall obtain a Construction Permit and <br /> Structure Permit from the District prior to installing, modifying, or removing any <br /> irrigation pipeline or structure on District facilities. <br /> 12. New easements shall be conveyed as needed to accommodate the relocation of <br /> District facilities and to provide needed access, if deemed necessary. <br /> 13. In regards to satisfying the County's Development Standard Section 9-1410.3 (b)(2) <br /> which requires that the final grade shall not adversely affect the irrigability of the <br /> property or surrounding properties, the District shall not assume any cost or <br /> responsibility for making such determination. Owner's Engineer shall submit an <br /> analysis based on irrigation criteria provided by the District. The District will review <br /> analysis and determine if it meets our criteria and approve accordingly. <br /> These requirements are based upon previously approved standards that were generally considered <br /> acceptable in the past and should not be construed as being all-inclusive.
