Make checks payable to the San <br /> Joaquin County Treasurer. <br /> • FORM Seven(7)copies of the completed application information forms(attached)which all owners must sign. <br /> • CERTIFIED Seven (7)copies of a certified grading plan prepared by a registered Civil Engineer. <br /> GRADING PLAN <br /> • RECLAMATION Seven (7)copies of a written Reclamation Plan. <br /> PLAN <br /> • RECLAMATION One(1)reproducible copy and ten(10)copies of a reclamation site plan and two (2) <br /> SITE PLAN copies of a legible 8 Y2"x 11"site plan. The site plan must be prepared and certified by a registered civil <br /> engineer,licensed land surveyor,or soils engineer. <br /> • OPERATIONAL One(1)operational statement describing grading operations including expected start date, machinery, <br /> STATEMENT times and days of operation,sequence of events,phasing, stockpiling,soil removal,dust control, noise, <br /> any unusual characteristics,etc. <br /> • HAZARDOUS One copy of a completed Hazardous Materials Disclosure Survey form (a copy of the form is attached). <br /> MATERIALS <br /> • SOILS REPORT A Soils Report prepared by a Soil Scientist qualified to analyze agricultural soils shall be required for all <br /> proposals where the topsoil is not proposed to be replaced. <br /> • AN EROSION, One(1) plan for the reduction of impacts on waterways and/or roadways during excavation. <br /> SEDIMENT AND <br /> POLLUTION <br /> CONTROL PLAN <br /> • DEED One copy of the recorded deed(s)or short form lease for the property. <br /> • APPLICATION Staff will check your application. If anything is missing,you will be notified in writing. (Your application <br /> COMPLETE cannot be processed until it is complete.) <br /> STEP 3 APPLICATION PROCESSING <br /> • CEQA The County will decide if the proposal will have an adverse effect on the environment. If there are no <br /> adverse effects,the application will be processed. If there are potential adverse effects,further <br /> environmental review will be required. Projects that have the potential to adversely affect the environment <br /> will require the preparation of an E.I.R. This may extend the processing time. <br /> • REFERRALS Staff will refer the application to any County departments,other agencies and surrounding property owners <br /> AND ACTION affected by your proposal. At the end of a review and comment period,the application will be approved if <br /> the required findings can be made. If the required findings cannot be made, the application will be denied. <br /> • FINAL ACTION The action is final unless it is appealed. The Department action can be appealed to the Planning <br /> Commission.
