A Recorded Deed is allowed , but if points or lines are set , a <br /> Record of Survey is required . ( New legal description shall be <br /> submitted to Surveyor ' s Office for review . ) <br /> 2 . New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers <br /> to avoid overlap or gap . <br /> SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Remove all unauthorized structures within 20 feet of the <br /> existing canal . <br /> 2 . The developer shall grant easements of sufficient width to <br /> accommodate the existing District facilities . <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> 1 .
