The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the abandonment <br /> of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which will not continue to <br /> receive irrigation water. If the easement cannot be dedicated with the map <br /> a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed easemem stating that"a minimum <br /> 20 foot wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed across said parcel at the time of <br /> conveyance or transfer to new owners.
