CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL LA-01-92 Van Till, et al Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-92 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on January 8,2002,which is the effective date of approval. Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. This approval will expire on July 10, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin,468-3154) a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated November 30,2001. b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded priorto conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed that will bring all of Parcel 2 under contract prior to j recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing fees are required for this application. 2.
