ORDINANCE NO. 3927 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAPS OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105. 6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH RIPON ROAD, 365 FEET NORTH OF MILGEO AVENUE, NORTH RIPON, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, are hereby further amended by reclassifying from AU-20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) to P-F (Public Facilities) , as shown on the attached Exhibit. SECTION 2 . The Community Development Department Director shall revise the Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, on thisl?14th day of May, 1997, by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: AYES: BARBER, CABRAL, MARENCO, GUTIERREZ, SIMAS NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ,EDWARD A.
