(Supervisorial <br /> District 3) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Amarbir Singh APPLICANT: Octavio Medina <br /> ADDRESS: 7609 E.Northland Road,Manteca APN: 206-060-19 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Northland Road has an existing right-of-way of variable width and a planned right-of-way width of 50 <br /> feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to <br /> fences,walls,private light standards,rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right- <br /> of-way.)(Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
