<br /> This letter is in response to your reque,-.t dated December 3, 2002, regarding the above referenced
<br /> property, San Joaquin County Enviror mental Health Department received and reviewed the Soil
<br /> Suitability Study dated December 10, •990, and the Nitrate composition report dated February 1,
<br /> 1991, and both reports have been approved,
<br /> The installation of the septic system mast be performed under an Environmental Health
<br /> Department Permit arra inspecricn, anG approved by this Department. A fee of$320.00 must be
<br /> paid at the time of issuance of the Septic Permit. The installation of water wells and pumps must
<br /> also be under permit, inspection, and approved by this Deparopnt, and the fee of$275.00 must
<br /> be paid at the time of issua-tce of Well'Pump Permit(s). Wells are to have a minimum 100-foot
<br /> grout seal and be installed according to San Joaquin County Well Standards.
<br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable;however,
<br /> chemical quality has not b4en ascertained. •There is no state, county or legal regulations that
<br /> apply to public drinking water standar:s of private wells.
<br /> The compliance of these 5-acre parcel as it relates to the San Joaquin County Development Title
<br /> has been completed and accepted to al.:ow septic,well, and pump permits to be issued. Should
