Pursuant to your request the following <br /> clarifications are offered: <br /> Environmental Health-Section 1.4 <br /> An exhibit drawing is attached to this letter and outlines the two(2)subject parcels as mentioned in the <br /> report. For the purpose of your review,the structures(houses)mentioned in the report were located on <br /> the parcel adjoining the subject parcel presently seeking the site approval application. No structures of <br /> record have existed on the subject parcel seeking approval. <br /> Environmental Health-Section 2.1 <br /> Attempts were made to contact Mr.William D.Reed,the engineer who signed the report,but he could not <br /> be reached. Therefore,the site's historical usage is hereby offered based on general common knowledge <br /> of typical uses of lands in and around the subject parcel. To best of our knowledge,and as mentioned in <br /> the report,the land has always been used for agricultural purposes consisting of pasture,rice and/or <br /> infrequent crops of winter wheat. The owner,Normal Norton,has no recollection of ever seeking a use <br /> permit for any permitted activity upon the land. <br /> Environmental Health-Section 3.1 <br /> Again,attempts were made to contact Mr.William D.Reed,the engineer who signed the report,but he <br /> could not be reached. Since the writing of the report,his firm has since closed and no forwarding <br /> information was available.
