h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the northern, <br /> eastern, and southern property lines of APN: 001-230-11. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1022.4[e][1]) <br /> 2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6)to seven (7)feet in height. (Development Title Section 9-1022.41e][2][A]) <br /> i. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> j. CALIFORNIA FIRE-CODE: The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> 1) Identify all warehouse storage heights in each of the proposed buildings and if there is any rack <br /> storage, and what material(s) is used in any stored packaging and or storage. (i.e. cardboard, <br /> wood, plastic, barrels, bins, boxes, pallets, etc.) <br /> 2) CFC Section 507 Fire Protection Water Supply- Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided-for the <br /> proposed project by the use of: CFC Appendix B. Provide details on existing fire protection water <br /> supply; water tank sizes, fire pumps, underground system (pipe size and location), fire hydrant <br /> locations, etc. <br /> 3) CFC Chapter 9 — Required fire protection systems shall be installed according to this chapter <br /> and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code <br /> and the California Electrical Code. <br /> 4) CFC, Chapter 22—Identify any processes that will create combustible dust producing operations <br /> and provide details of compliance with this chapter. <br /> 5) CFC, Chapter 50 — Identify all hazardous materials used at this facility. Provide Materials <br /> Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous materials and locations where they are used and <br /> stored. <br /> 6) CFC, Section 906 Portable Fire Extinguishers— Provide portable fire extinguishers as required <br /> by this section. <br /> 7) CFC, Section 105 Permits: Operational Permit(s) may be required prior to occupancy. <br /> 8) Identify the location of the existing Fire Storage Building. <br /> 2.
