Nowell Road, Thornton APN: -001-230-03, 05,40; 20 &21 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management.Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> i` (designated as Zone AH El 15). The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 15 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> N.Nowell Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a variable planned right-of-way width. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for.all work within road right-of-way. (Note:'Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to fences, walls, <br /> i private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.).(Developrnent <br /> Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The applicant shall enter into an agreement to pay an annual road maintenance fee of$1.00 per truckload of <br /> material entering or leaving the site. A fee for preparing the agreement shall be required. The road <br /> maintenance fee is based upon the April 2015 ENR Construction Cost Index of 9,992, and will be adjusted <br /> annually. <br />
