Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of Phase 1 building permit(s). Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Program Coordinator, at (209) 468-0343, to <br /> determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public water system prior to final <br /> occupancy. <br /> B. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> C. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br />
