Phase 2 includes the construction of an 8,000 square foot canopy to an existing manufacturing building and the construction of 8 buildings totaling 109,200 square feet for storage. The applicant is requesting a parking modification. These parcels are not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/G (General Industrial). PROJECT LOCAT!ON: The project site is located on the north side of Kile Road, 200 feet east of Thornton Road, Thornton. (APN/Address: 001-230-03, 05, 10, 20, &21/26200 N. Nowell Road, Thorton) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than April 22, 2015. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on April 29, 2015.
