Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> B. Prior to issuance of building permit(s) submit to the Environmental Health Department revised <br /> site plans showing the maximum number of persons that will occupy building(s) with restroom <br /> facilities (each building should be addressed separately). The sewage disposal system(s) shall <br /> be able to accommodate the proposed increase in employees, including peak seasonal use <br /> and combined shifts. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> C. If it is determined that the existing liquid waste disposal system(s) are not adequate for the <br /> proposed increase in employees, then the existing septic system(s) shall be repaired under a <br /> sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
