Box 930
Stockton, CA 95201
October 22, 1996
Mr. Chandler Martin 17=9ro
Community Development Departmen# 1
San Joaquin County
1810 East Hazelton Avenue OCT 2 3 1996
Stockton, CA 95205
COMMUNITY
RE: Minor Subdivision MS-96-24 PLANNING DTVI-- `-
File
`File # 96050sj
Dear Mr. Martin:
PG&E has reviewed the above noted project and has the following comments:
1. PG&E maintains a 16 inch diameter high pressure gas
transmission line within an existing easement across both
proposed Parcel 1 and the Designated Remainder. Land use is
restricted within the easement. Please contact PG&E Land
Rights Office at (209) 942-1650 for specific restrictions and
conditions.
2. PG&E maintains a 12kv electric pole line across both Parcel 1
and the Designated Remainder. If the pole line is to remain then
a Public Utility Easement must be dedicated upon Parcel 1 to
cover the Pole line. If the pole line is to be removed or relocated
the applicant should contact PG&E as soon as possible to
arrange for any work to be completed. Such work will be at the
expense of the applicant.
3. Dedicate a 10 foot wide Public Utility Easement for underground
facilities and appurtenances along all streets.
If you have any planning or land related questions please contact me at (209)
942-1650.
Sincerely,
v
Michael Gunby
Land Agent
