Quashnick Rd., Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. The proposed classroom / choir room is located less than ten (10') feet from the existing leach <br /> line. The encroaching leach line shall be abandoned and replaced at least ten (10') feet from an <br /> existing structure / foundation. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: A professional civil engineer may provide a letter indication the existing encroaching <br /> leach line is acceptable with or without mitigation measures. <br />
