Design Manual for onsite wastew^ter treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel_. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title 22.
