SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> The subject property is approximately 3.6 acres in size and has been assigned Assessor's Parcel <br /> Number 086-070-49. The subject property is located on the north side of Quashnick Road just west <br /> s of the Central California Traction Company railroad line and has been assigned the address of 5533 <br /> �- Quashnick Road, Stockton, California. One single-family residential house,a garage,one large shed <br /> and two small sheds are currently located on a portion of the property. The remainder of the property <br /> supports a cherry orchard. The subject property has been developed and used as a cattle ranch, <br /> single-family residential,pasture land, agriculture land and as an orchard since at least 1937. A map <br /> with the location of the subject property is attached to this report as Appendix A. A site map and <br /> photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> Small containers of gasoline for use in the riding lawn mower were noted in the large shed. The <br /> smaller sheds are used for the storage of household goods, such as camping equipment, outdoor <br /> fin-niture,etc. An above-ground propane tank used for heating purposes was observed on the subject <br /> property. <br /> No industrial processes, commercial products, industrial drums,wastewater streams,pits,ponds,dry <br /> wells,trash or debris,hazardous materials, evidence of underground storage tanks, stressed or dead <br /> w. vegetation were observed on the subject property at the time of the site reconnaissance. <br /> A water well and septic system are used by the residence on the subject property. Two electrical <br /> pole-mounted transformers were observed along the south edge of the subject property near the <br /> driveway. The transformers appeared to be in good condition. No leakage from the transformers <br /> ' was observed, and no staining of the soil around the pole beneath the transformers was observed. The <br /> transformers are owned by the Pacifc Gas & Electric Company. <br /> Adjoining property to the north supports a residence and orchard. Adjoining property to the east <br /> supports the Central California Traction railroad line, beyond which is plowed agricultural land. <br /> Adjoining property to the south is Quashnick Road, beyond which is fallow agricultural land. <br /> Adjoining property to the west is vacant land covered with a moderate to heavy growth of grasses <br /> `-' and weeds. <br /> w 4 <br /> t <br />
