Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards <br /> and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> 0 d. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard <br /> adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> ❑ e. This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County Surveyors office will file the <br /> map for record. Please contact Fire Prevention at 209-468-3380 to schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> M f This project will potentially serve more than three residences and shall comply with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Standard 9-1150.18,Standards for This project Road Names and Road Name Changes,Public <br /> and Private. Please contact the Community Development Department at 468-2193 to complete this process prior <br /> to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> ❑ g. Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> ❑ h Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> ❑ 1. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to He or property <br /> C.F.C. 105.2.1 <br /> ❑ j. Mechanical refrigeration systems shall comply with all applicable codes(ammonia,etc.). <br /> Other: If this project is approved a public water system capable of providing 1500 gallons per minute will be required for homes <br /> larger than 3,601 square feet; 1,000 gallons for homes less than 3,600 square feet. <br />
