Quashnick Rd Waterloo Morada FD. <br /> The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> ❑ a. ❑ The Fire Prevention Division has reviewed this application and there does not appear to be any major problems <br /> associated with the proposed project as submitted. <br /> ❑ A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> © b. Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: <br /> 0 1.)Appendix III-A and III-B of the Cidifornia Fire Code. <br /> ❑ 2.)NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> ❑ c. Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards <br /> and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> ® d. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard <br /> adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> -� e. This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County Surveyors office will file the <br /> map for record.Please contact Fire Prevention at 209468-3380 to schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> ❑ f This project will potentially serve more than three residences and shall comply with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Standard 9-1150.18, Standards for This project Road Names and Road Name Changes,Public <br /> and Private. Please contact the Community Development Department at 468-2193 to complete this process prior <br /> to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> ❑ g. Key Boxes:A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> ❑ h Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> 1.
