Rainier Ave., Stockton <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION APPROVAL: <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Tile Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to the project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Parcel 2 shall be served by public water and public sewer; or a soil <br /> suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is uired and a review <br /> fee of$390.00 must be pai at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test <br /> that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> showing sewage and well information as required by the improvement <br /> plan (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Countv Health Care Services <br />
