Country Club Blvd. (LA-97-14)
Stockton, CA
Dear Mr. Burgess,
Per your request, our office performed a soil suitability/nitrate loading study and an engineered
septic system design for a proposed lot line adjustment involving the subject property. The project
consists of building a four(4)bedroom residence. The assessors parcel number for the project site is
APN 121-020-14.
Based on the unsatisfactory percolation rate of 250 minutes per inch and shallow ground water
encountered at a depth of 4.8 feet measured during the drilling, it was determined the project is suitable
for development utilizing an engineered septic system. The engineered drawing and calculations are
attached to this letter.
The submittal of the engineered system design is required prior to project approval. PHS/EI-ID
requires an additional $435.00 fee to review the engineered septic system design. Several field
inspections will be required during construction of the systems to ensure our design is installed correctly.
It is critical that in the clayey soil environment, smearing of the clayey soils is avoided. Attached to this
letter is the septic system design and supporting graphics.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our recommendations
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of professional
opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied. If you have any questions,
lease do not hesitate to call.
ED GFO
,p Best Regards,
GN NEIL O.ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES,INC.
cc Q No. 2151 Z P
CERTIFIED
ENGINEERING f►1
N>, GEOLOGIST
Daelch, M.Sc., Senior Geologist
OFCAL ` '7 CEG-2151, CHG-653
dc NQm
Neil O. derson, resident
FCAA RGE 245
NOA,DJW:djw
attachments: drawing, calculations
