The study states that the project is suitable for an
"engineered" septic system to mitigate the problem areas with this site.
In order to process building plans for the proposed residence, a Registered Civil Engineer will
need to submit plans for the proposed engineered design sewage disposal system to our office
with a review fee of$450.00 at time of submittal. In addition, Environmental Health Division
will need to approve the plans prior to issuance of building permits .
If you have any questions, please contact my staff person, Johnny Yoakum, Senior Registered
Environmental Health Specialist at (209) 468-3147.
Karen Furst, M.D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
IIUWA1010
Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S., R.D.I.
Environmental Health Division
MH:cf
cc: Danny Burgess
SS.NLS Ltr Rev 9-01
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
