' Comrnunity''Development Department on Septerfiber 11, 2006, which is the effective date of <br /> a0proval. I <br /> Unless otherwise specified,.ap Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March'12, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a.Notiae of Lot Line 'Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> k Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
