Rainier Avenue, Stockton (Darrah) <br /> An inspection was made of the subject property. The following <br /> corrections would have to be made to bring the property into <br /> compliance: <br /> 1. Upgrade the entire electrical service including the main <br /> and all sub-feeds to the existing docks. <br /> 2 . Repair all ramps and docks to a safe condition. <br /> 3 . Floating homes will be required to have a building <br /> permit. (Floating homes would be exempt from a building <br /> permit and considered vessels if they are self-propelled <br /> and registered with a CF number) . As part of the <br /> building permit application for a floating home, plans <br /> designed by a licensed architect or engineer will be <br /> required, in addition to any of Environmental Health' s <br /> requirements for sewage disposal. <br /> 4 . The recreational vehicle shall be removed. Recreational <br /> vehicles are not permitted as permanent living quarters. <br /> 5 . The existing house shall be converted to storage (under <br /> permit) . The bathroom will be allowed if all violations <br /> are corrected and the structure remains non-habitable <br /> space. <br /> 6 . All trash, junk and inoperative vehicles shall be removed <br /> from the property. <br /> All of the above-noted conditions shall be applicable whether or <br /> not the application is pursued for the new docks. <br /> If new docks are installed, plans prepared by a licensed architect <br /> or engineer will have to be submitted for the docks. <br /> If you have any questions please contact me at 468-3183 . <br /> JH/lc <br /> c: SA-95-29 <br />
