A hydrologic analysis prepared by a registered civil engineer demonstrating that the runoff into the existing <br /> storm drainage system from the proposed development will be detained such that it will not exceed the <br /> existing runoff shall be submitted for review and approval. A fee to review the analysis shall be required. If <br /> the proposed design uses detention basins,they shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal <br /> when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required detention capacity shall be calculated by a <br /> registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to release of Building Permit for each <br /> phase of the project. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 10. Applicant shall submit a"Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan"(SWPPP)to Public Works for review and <br /> approval for each phase of the project. A SWPPP preparation guide is available at the Department of Public <br /> Works. A copy of the approved SWPPP and all required records, updates,test results and inspection reports <br /> shall be maintained on the construction site and be available for review upon request. The SWPPP must <br /> identify expected pollutants and how they will be prevented from entering the storm system and shall contain <br /> a maintenance plan, a spill plan, and a training plan for all employees on proper use,handling and disposal of <br /> potential pollutants. Sample plans are available in the SWQCCP and CASQA handbooks. <br /> 11. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a current will-serve letter from the City of Stockton for <br /> sanitary sewer service for this development is on file prior to applying for a building permit. Additionally,the <br /> current owner of the property will be responsible to ensure that there is capacity in the system at the time of <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
