The <br /> project site is in a developed area in the urban community of Stockton. The project site is served by a public water <br /> system and a public sewer system. Therefore, the project will be served by existing services and will not require new <br /> facilities. <br /> d) The project site is served by the Lovelace Materials Recovery Facility and Transfer Station and the Foothill Sanitary <br /> Landfill which, according to the current permit, is projected to be in operation until 2082, providing adequate capacity <br /> for the proposed project. <br /> e) The proposed project will be required to comply with state and local statutes and regulations related to solid waste so <br /> there will be no significant impact in this area. <br /> PA-1800106 (RAA, UP)—Initial Study 28 <br />
