Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> ei� A. A Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated August 9, 2003, has been submitted <br /> to the Environmental Health Department. Prior to Grading Plan/Building Permit approval, <br /> ��� the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> �� Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior Grading Plan/Building Permit approval as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$ 465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> jIA C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to Grading Plan/Building Permit approval. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br />
