We have reviewed our notes an made a revised site map, attached to this letter, that
shows the required information. The site plan is based on the Tentative Site Plan for PA-03-044
5.1-6.1: Please see the attached site map for the locations of the percolation tests.
6.3: The holes for the tests were presoaked to 12 inches about the gravel, following the
"Percolation Test Procedure" from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(EHD) dated May 7, 2002.
6.4: All three holes were found dry and intact on the day of percolation testing.
6.6: The Percolation Test Form for percolation test#3 lacked a certification signature because it
was not accepted by San Joaquin EHD. The hole was retested the following day on a different
form which was included in the appendix of the report. The retest form has a signature.
LODI ■ SACRAMENTO ■ MODESTO
ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION 902 Industrial Way,Lodi,California 95240 ■209.367.3701 0 209.369.4228 fax ■www.noanderson.com
