SUMMARY <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL (NOA) has been retained Mr. Pete Katzakian, 815 West Sonoma <br /> Avenue,Stockton,California to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the property <br /> located at 2621 North Ramsey Avenue, Linden, California 95215. <br /> The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible, <br /> any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in <br /> order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The <br /> search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties,and to properties within a search <br /> radius of one-quarter mile. As an adjunct to the database search,the subject property background <br /> and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the topography, soil <br /> type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are discussed. <br /> Interviews were conducted and a site reconnaissance was completed.
