This moderately well drained,nearly level soil <br /> is on low fan terraces. It is deep to a hardpan. It formed in alluvium derived from mixed rock <br /> sources" (USDA,p.31). <br /> "Typically, the surface layer is dark brown clay loam about 23 inches thick" (USDA, p.32). <br />
