This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4[c][5]). <br /> e. In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement <br /> area. <br /> f. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact: Laurel Boyd, 209-235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space <br /> Plan(SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended that the project applicant <br /> contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended that the project applicant obtain <br /> an information package. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Angel Lor, 559- <br /> 230-5808) <br /> a. Based on the information provided to the District,the proposed project would equal or exceed 9,000 <br /> square feet of other space. Therefore, the District concludes that the proposed project is subject <br /> to District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review). Any applicant subject to District Rule 9510 is <br /> required to submit an Air Impact Assessment(AIA) application to the District no later than applying <br /> for final discretionary approval, and to pay an applicable off-site mitigation fees before issuance of <br /> the first building permit. <br /> 6. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION (Staff Contact: Laura Brunn, 209-235-0579) <br /> a. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to aircraft in flight <br /> shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Specific characteristics to be avoided include: <br /> 1) Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights. Reflective materials are not <br /> permitted to be used in structures or signs(excluding traffic directing signs). <br /> 2) Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot visibility. <br /> 3) Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or navigation. No transmissions <br /> which would interfere with aircraft radio communications or navigational signals are permitted. <br /> 4) Any proposed use, especially landfills and certain agricultural uses, that creates an increased <br /> attraction for large flocks of birds. <br /> b. Within the AIA, ALUC review is required for any proposed object taller than 100 feet AGL. <br /> c. Regardless of location within San Joaquin County, ALUC review is required in addition to FAA <br /> notification in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations, Part 77,for any proposal for construction <br /> or alteration under the following conditions: <br /> 1) If requested by the FAA. <br /> 2) Any construction or alteration that is more than 200 feet above ground level at its site. <br /> PA-1300118 (UP, RAA) Conditions of Approval 7 <br />
