Also, as Conditions of <br /> Approval, the project must meet the noise ordinance requirements of 65 dB at the property <br /> line and have no more than VW 300 attendees at each marketing event. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> This finding can be made because the proposed uses will not interfere with nor alter the current land <br /> uses on adjacent properties. The properties surrounding the project site are zoned AG-40 and are <br /> being used for agricultural purposes with scattered residences. The nearest residence is located <br /> 1,100 feet east and 1,100 west of the project site.
