Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: Install an <br /> approved backflow prevention device.
