CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-96 <br /> LOIS LUIZ <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: <br /> a. Parcel 1 shall contain a minimum of ten (10) acres. <br /> (Section 9-4010. 2{b} {1}) <br /> b. Parcel 1 and the remainder shall have a minimum width of <br /> 100 feet. (section 9-010. 11b} ) <br /> C. A Joint Management Agreement between the homesite parcel <br /> and the remainder shall be executed between the owner- <br /> operator and the benefitting family member. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 930 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Lodi <br /> area.
