If approved by the Planning <br /> Commission, the Development Services Division recommends the <br /> following conditions: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> Those conditions followed by a section number or other statutory <br /> requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Parcel 1 shall contain a minimum of ten (10) acres. <br /> (Section 9-4010. 2 [b] [1] ) <br /> b.
