I so, I have known flie n all my life and can say they are good people. 1 have now,
however, n put in the position of being a good neighbor and remaining silent on this matter or
voicing my t opinion. 1 suspect that either way i lose.
T am concerned about the amount of noise 35 dogs will make 24/7 in the neighborhood.
Unfortunately, the noise level people have to endure is going up every year. Traffic noise has
increased trmeDdously. When we go out at night in our back yards, we should expect it to be
reasonably quiet.
There is a place for everything in society. Dog kennels should be located in areas where
people donit live. There are many farm workers living in the area. Have they been asked For
their opinign7
Las y, I believe there are ordinances against trucking companies having lots in residential
neighbonccds because of the nuisance factor. I would ask.this —are 35 barking dogs also
considered ja nuisance?
Truly,
Frederick D. Ferrero
