-5- <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$125 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance <br /> of building permit. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> c. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number <br /> of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> d. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> e. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Department has specific <br /> requirements of kennel construction. A plan check fee of$250 is due at the time of submittal to <br /> the Environmental Health Department. <br /> f. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> g. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health Department shall be available for washing food preparation equipment, <br /> bathing of animals, as well as washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> NOTE: <br /> An intent to reserve of easement to provide domestic water supply from the adjacent parcel with <br /> existing well shall be recorded prior to final approval. <br /> h. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any complaints that <br /> are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Department hourly rate of <br /> $125 for response and correction, as per the Board of Supervisor's Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> i. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> j. An intent to reserve of easement to provide domestic water supply shall be recorded prior to final <br /> approval. <br />
