c. MARKETING EVENTS: Marketing Events are subject to the following regulations: <br /> (1) A maximum of twelve (16) marketing events are permitted annually as specified <br /> in the Marketing Plan included with the application. <br /> (2) Marketing events shall end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1075.3[m][1][B-2]) <br /> d. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. <br /> If the Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the <br /> issuance of any building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> e. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> f. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect <br /> shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> g PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following. <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas for the wine cellar shall <br /> be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate <br /> depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, <br /> dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> (2) A minimum of eight (8) parking spaces for the wine cellar and ten (10) parking <br /> spaces for the marketing events, for a total of eighteen (18) parking spaces, <br /> shall be provided, including one accessible space, which shall be van <br /> accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C C.R., Title 24). (2.5 spaces are required for every 1,000 <br /> feet of building area.) ,Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall <br /> driveways designated as fire access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. <br /> i. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br />
