The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1 . The proposed use will change the occupancy from an <br /> Agricultural Building (M-3 Occupancy) to a Shop <br /> Building (B-1 Occupancy) (U.B. 0 Section 502) . The <br /> structure must be brought into compliance with all <br /> current code provisions including structural, <br /> plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and <br /> handicap requirements. <br /> 2 . The floor area of the shop (B-1 Occupancy) shall be <br /> served by one or more floor drains which shall <br /> drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by the Public <br /> Health Services (Environmental Division) before <br /> submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 5 . WOODBRIDGE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: <br /> a . Fuel storage shall meet fire code standards . <br />
