MS-92-136 OF JOYCE <br /> WILLIAMS (C/O BAUMBACH AND PIAZZA) <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is a Minor Subdivision to divide two parcels <br /> totaling approximately 72 acres into two 24+ acre parcels, one <br /> 22+ acre parcel and one 1. 5 acre retirement homesite parcel. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> The tentative map will expire two years from the date of <br /> approval . <br /> Those conditions followed by a section number or other statutory <br /> requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a . Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall <br /> not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals of less <br /> than 1/2 acre, barns, or similar structures closer than 40 <br /> feet from any rear or side property line.
