COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-92-136 <br /> 4 . The frontage improvements for Ray Road across Parcel 4 shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution <br /> by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map.
