Reid Ave., Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface contamination report <br /> (Service Request #SR0059916) on May 10, 2010, that has not been approved. Prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map, an Addendum to the report shall be submitted that addresses the <br /> period from the date of the original report to the present. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $260 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health <br /> Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is suitable <br /> for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> 1. Provide sample tap between the well head and the pressure tank. <br />
