The TPM <br /> shows 7 proposed lots. The new street proposed is shown as Jullian Street and extends from Reid <br /> • Avenue westerly. The site is zoned as RR. The site is located in Sec 1,T I N R 8 E <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • PAST, PRESENT&PROPOSED USES OF THE SITE <br /> • <br /> • The current owner has furnished an Environmental Questionnaire which is included in this report. <br /> • The past use of the parcel was raising hay. Current owner has not used the land for crops. <br /> • <br /> • IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST/CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> • EDR was contracted to research and investigate the potential or known above and below ground <br /> • sources of contamination at/or near the project site <br /> • Additionally the following sources were used for research: <br /> Environmental Questionnaire from owner <br /> • Field investigation at/near the site <br /> • Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> The EDR Radius Map w/geo check states in the Executive Summary: The target property was not <br /> listed in any of the databases searched by EDR. No mapped sites were found in EDR's search of <br /> • available ("reasonably ascertainable')government records either on the target property or <br /> • within the search radius around the target property. <br /> • The EDR documents contain aerial photographs for the years 1957, 66,73, 82, 93, 98. There has <br /> • been considerable growth in the area since 1998 as shown on the Assessor Map included. The <br /> • historical USGS maps, included, are for the years: 1915, 1952, 1968 & 1994. The elevation <br /> • shown is approximately 92 feet. An oil/gas well is shown 1/4 mile west of the site. Reid Avenue <br /> • appears on the 1915 map. <br /> • The site was visited on May 3,2010. Photographs taken are contained in this report.
