Other requirements may also apply. These req:: rements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated Januan•22. 2003, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum to this repos shall be submitted and <br /> approved by Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A Soil Suitability Study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of SI-8.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of S89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
